I have the best team!
Each staff member has great clinical skills, is highly experienced, and is a dedicated professional.
Beyond that, they are friendly, kind, and welcoming. They share my belief in providing personalized care, in a comfortable and supportive environment, and building trusting relationships with each patient and their family.
~ Dr. Ulla Crouse
While I am new to the Brighton Orthodontics team, I’ve worked in dentistry for the past 18 years. During that time, I’ve gained a lot of experience in the running of front offices and keeping all the cogs moving. Part of this is thanks to my great organizational skills! I enjoy using my strengths to help all the wonderful people here make a difference in our patients’ lives.
I am married with two children and a dog who all keep me on my toes. I enjoy photography and spending time with my family on my off time.
I treasure our patients and love watching each person’s transformation! I’ve worked with Dr. Crouse since 2013, assisting her with procedures including applying and removing archwires and bonding and debonding. I also teach our patients about oral hygiene and encourage them to keep their mouth clean during treatment, so their new smile is beautiful and healthy.
Family keeps me on the go when I’m not at Brighton Orthodontics. My husband Ryan and I have five kids, plus a rescue pup named Maggie. We always enjoy being outside together, whether we’re kayaking, camping, swimming at the beach, or hanging out at home and making dinner on the grill.
I like watching our patients’ smiles develop and build relationships with them throughout the process! I started working in the field in 2010 and Brighton Orthodontics welcomed me to the team in 2020. I assist Dr. Crouse with procedures, tie in archwires, and take X-rays, scans, and impressions. I also sterilize all instruments and schedule appointments.
My downtime is spent with family: husband Drew, two beautiful daughters, two boy kitties, and our awesome dog, Marlowe. I enjoy golfing with Drew and friends, and being with family and loved ones.
